Listing and Marketing
The terms are often used interchangeably in the real estate business, however each has a distinct meaning and designation of quality. At One Opening Door, we don’t just “list” a property for sale. In addition to the standard listing service of adding a property to the various real estate search engines available to consumers, and placing a sign in front of a home, we go above and beyond to provide distinguished, professional, and strategic marketing services for each client. All properties we bring to market are provided with professional photography, unique listing website (not just a slide on an agent page), custom online promotion across social media and real estate marketing services, and reverse-prospecting against property searches. Additional services, where advised, may include staging and remodeling consultation with professional contractors, targeted print marketing, and invitation-only, professionally catered open houses. We meet with each client to design a custom marketing plan with the ultimate goal of securing the best possible closing price within the client’s desired time frame. We consistently bring our selling clients contracts which meet their stated goals within 30-60 days at market, and they often thank us by referring friends and family.
